This term refers to a subgroup of Rinwesteuindids (who are in turn a subgroup of Westeuindids who are specifically around half West European and half South Asian ancestrally) that specifically have a South Asian paternal lineage and a West European maternal lineage, and either had an ethnically West European mom and South Asian dad, or are directly descended from the offspring of a West European woman and a South Asian man. The prefix "Wez" was chosen to represent the "West European" majority DNA of Wezrinwesteuindids that serves as a distinguishing feature among Rinwesteuindids. "Wez" rather than "Wes" was chosen because "Wez" reduces some potential for confusion and slurring. All Wezrinwesteuindids would carry slightly more West European DNA, and the offspring of a West European woman and a South Asian man (or the offspring's descendants) who do not have slightly over half of their DNA being ancestrally West European, would not be Wezrinwesteuindids.
As such, Wezrinwesteuindids are the offspring of an ethnically South Asian man and an ethnically West European woman, or the descendants of such offspring, who are also nearly exactly ethnically half South Asian and half West European, but with slightly more West European DNA and with a West European maternal lineage and a South Asian paternal lineage.
