New Word... Wastyfaced. (adj.) waste-e-face-t
Body: -The facial expression after consuming a large amount of alcohol in a short period of time leaving what is also known as a "perma-grin." Where one eye is never as open as much as the other, lips and cheeks have problems coordinating themslves so they resemble real facial expressions.

He's so torn up he's wastyfaced.

Wasteface 

A drunk, person who is basically a piss head. When you know the person is a drunk, you call him\her a wasteface. Also can be applied to an alcoholic.

1: a heavily intoxicated individual who is probaly making an ass of themselves by either falling down, knocking something over, or any combination or variation of the two.

a derogatory remark meaning someone (normally ugly) whose face is a waste of skin and might be put to better use as skin for someone's arse

It cost extra to have breast surgey because there wasnt enough skin, which is a shame because the doctor was a total wasteface
