Voscillate 

Violent, eccentric and energetic movements which include one's limbs flailing about in all directions, mostly to high tempo/beat music which raises the heart's BPM. Used most commonly in dance clubs and/or at parties, this action is used whilst completely out of your mind on the effect of alcohol. Also a more decisive word for "Skanking" or "Skank".
So this one time, I was completely voscillating my arse off and this guy just requested a dance off!
