Valen Rosario is an icon for the city of Berisso. He is well known for being cute and the envy of all. When they see him on the street, people tend to take pictures of him because (obviously) they are in front of an icon. He's very good to everyone except "The Indie Kids" who hate him out of envy. He has done more for the community of Berisso than Seven Sacos.
