Twoble

A phonetic way of spelling out "trouble" pronounced with a little bit of a lisp as if to impersonate a young, innocent child or other cute thing.

Guy: "scientifically speaking, is it possible to die of laughter?"
Girl: "i doubt it, unless it causes a cardiac arrest or something."
Guy: "hahaha, then i'm in twoble"
