A phrase used by Seaside boys when something miraculous or amazing has happened.

Mitch D and Bjorn M have been best friends since kindergarten and performed the shocker on the same girl and said to eachother that my friend is a "Twatzee"!

An intense orgy involving several different races of women.

Upon climax, the pimp-ass male must exclaim the phrase "TWATZEE!"

Sample:
