Referendum on every political issue at local and national level. All voting is done locally and frequently with enforced deadlines for social and political issues. This results in cutting out the middle man representative (that normally only represents a small demographic of his/her constituents) thus, allowing for true representation both locally and nationally for all citizens with adequate proof of residency, citizenship and positive contribution to the system.
This country needs some Turbomocracy.
