A torkjel is one of the final forms when completing the dudeism sacraments. He is one of the chillest person you will know and will always have a great answer for your problems. If one of your friends is a Torkjel , consider yourself lucky. It's always great to have someone so calm and relaxed just being around makes you less stressful.
