A person who tries too hard to fit in with people that will never like him, and in the process of doing so is a complete asshole. So basically, a social climbing poser.

Tim entered a special word into this dictionary about his friend, Annie (see hutchin), just so that the other guys in his grade would think he was cool and funny. He actually wasn't cool or funny, he was just an asshole, and guess what, the guys still don't like him. Go Tim. Way to be a trendy-assed poser, you fucking cuntrag.
