An item, event or place that rappers, thugs, gangstas, hood rats, etc. *think* is luxurious but in reality is very ghetto.

P-Lo: Yo, Dawg, that chain be bangin'!
D-Ice: Word homie, I got this cause I'm a balla'!
Phil: Oh yes, great chain, it's the epitome of thugxury.
