The Wheel of Innovation

A fictional wheel that a salesperson allows a customer to spin when the customer feels there has been an injustice, or to sweeten the "deal".
Brad: I cannot get this guy to sign a new agreement. He is mad at us for billing him too much last month, and now he want's something for free.

Ryan: Give him a couple of free spins on the wheel of innovation.

Brad: Great idea Ryan, you're the slickest manager in the midwest.
