A person who was either born in California and raised in Texas or vice-versa.

Guy 2: I'm a Texifornian.

Guy 1: What da fukk is dat?

Guy 2: Born in S.F., raised in Dallas.

Guy 1: Dat be ironic.

Taxifornia - A state where taxes, fees and levies (not the kind that hold back water) rule. Also, a state of being AND a state of mind.

I live in Taxifornia, my pockets have been picked clean by the confiscators.

This word can also be used to describe an anorexic giraffe.

Texafornian 

A name given to any Californian that has moved to Texas recently to escape the shithole California has become or to escape the impending massive earthquake that will inevitably sink the state.

God help us if any more of those Texafornian cockroaches come here. Their mannerisms are ruining everything.
