A woman who is known for being outspoken, loud and bubbly. Although Tamoray is a closed off person at times and finds it hard to trust people but when she finds someone she can rely on she clings to them with nothing but love and loyalty.Tamoray is known to be pretty and loved by many but the lack of confidence allows overs to intimidate her and not understand her. She has many sides to her but shows her true self to close ones. She is funny and opened minded to most things but a Tamoray is known to disconnect herself from those who hurt her eg: friends, family, boyfriends. Tamoray has many mood swings but is a genuine sensitive but very strong-minded women.

Her works include "The Song of the Lioness" quartet (Alanna: The First Adventure, In the Hand of the Goddess, The Woman who Rides Like A Man, Lioness Rampant), "The Immortals" quartet (Wild Magic, Wolf Speaker, Emperor Mage, The Realms of the Gods), and the "Protector of the Small" quartet (First Test, Page, Squire, Lady Knight). In my opinion. Tamora Pierce is one of the most exceptional teen-fantasy novelists out there. Her work is filled with swords, sorcery, talking animals, animals that don't talk but probably should, humor, violence, and assholes you'd love to choke (and usually eventually die anyway, which makes it so much more satisfying).
Ms. Pierce got me into being an avid reader at a young age (and I'm only fifteen now). Therefore, if you want to get your child into reading, I suggest you get them a book by Tamora Pierce. Or read them yourself---they're all good. Her work is much better than that "Eragon" lord-of-the-rings-ripoff crap.
