Tacopotomus

It was whispered about in the halls of the ancient aztecs. In hushed reverent tones they spoke of the great council that the Tacopotomus would some day appoint. According to legend, the great Tacopotomus only appears at the coming of the starving moon; once in your lifetime, you may find yourself lucky enough to witness the great Tacopotomus. The Tacopotomus is what he needs to be. He comes as he exists and exists as he comes.
