1. Short for "Take A Load Off". To get someone off your back who is bothering you.
2. Polite way of saying fuck off and leave me alone.

Becky: Chris, why don't you ever do anything around the house?
Chris: Ta-Lo Becky. Go chillaxe in the other room!
