A weirdo or a creep. Someone who gives off the air of being sketchtastic. Usually pertains to a person.

Alex Lifeson's 7/8 guitar solo in the middle of "la villa strangiato" was so ridiculous that it made me involuntarily spray diarreah everywhere!
