Stuffective

(adj) describing someone or something that is stupid, but at the same time effective.

1) That movie had no plot, but the intense action scenes kept me watching; it was stuffective!

2) The baseball manager is an idiot for attempting to steal third base with no outs; but his stuffective move payed off.

3) Bill Belichick is a stuffective NFL general manager; he drafts horrible players, yet always seems to win football games.
