The First Villain that The Justice League Of America faced in The Brave & The Bold no. 28, way back in the early sixties... This author was more than likely a little pooter back than, if at all. Any hoo, Starro is this big Lovecraftian Monster from outerspace that looks like a starfish with a red eye in the middle of its central mass...
This creature was eventually defeated not by the Justice League, but by their mascot, "Snapper" Carr, who lived up to being annoying all by himself, never mind by snapping his fingers all the goddamn time.
OMG!!!! It's Starro The Conqueror!!!!

Starlog Quote Humper

Any person or group of people that only accepts or uses the George Lucas quote from Starlog Magazine issue #337 from 2005 as the only definitive, end-all-be all, piece of evidence in an argument when debating whether or not the Star Wars Expanded Universe/Legends was canon to any degree prior to 2014. Due to their cognitive dissonance and confirmation bias, Starlog Quote Humpers do not accept any quote or piece of evidence that is not the Starlog Magazine quote, even if it is a statement from George Lucas that contradicts or goes back on his statements in the Starlog Quote, of which there are plenty that do. In addition, Starlog Quote Humpers often dismiss or reject any of Lucasfilm's or Lucasfilm employee's statements regarding canon policy used as evidence that favor the viewpoint of the EU being canon before 2014 as being "lesser secondhand sources of information."
While browsing online forums I came across many Starlog Quote Humpers posting that one George Lucas quote from Starlog Magazine.

A ship from a kid's show "Star vs. The Forces of Evil" that puts together Star Butterfly and Marco Diaz. This ship got much more attention than usual in March of 2018 when, in the episode "Booth Buddies", they kissed. Afterwards, the ship war became much more serious. Nothing much more happened with the ships as the show went onto hiatus. But then (SPOILER ALERT, sorry) , in episode 19 "The Right Way/Here to Help", there was a scene where Star and Marco talked about their feelings and then Star asked Marco if they could kiss, and Marco said please. Then, they shared kind of a long kiss, in a way. Afterwards, they just stared at each other with sparkly eyes. Then, Star noticed that there had been an audience of farm animals gathered around them. Starco is also, on the SVTFOE wiki, the most visited ship page as of May 13, 2019, as well as being a fan favorite (and my favorite as well) ship.
Me: hey did you see the new episode of stfoe yesterday?
Person: yes i loved it!
Me: did you see the starco kiss?
Person: YeS!
Me: And did you just scream like a fangirl when you saw it, just like me?
Person (now screaming): YES!!!

Starfox Neck

The neck pain and stiffness resulting from craning ones neck backwards in order to play Starfox 64 on those elevated TV’s at Wal-Mart in 1997.
The year is 1997, I’m 10 years old and obsessed with Starfox 64. I have an N64, but money is tight and my birthday is months away leaving me no choice but to continue to accompany mom to Wal-Mart so I can play the demo game in the electronics department. She would tell me to meet her at the checkout in 20 minutes, but once I hit the start button, time turned into some arbitrary construct worthy only of being ignored. I was frequently shaken out of my Starfox stupor 3/4th of the way through the story-line to an angry mom and a nasty case of Starfox Neck. Come June, I received my own copy of Starfox 64 and the condition was never experienced again.

I still play StarFox 64 on occasion and it remains one of my favorite games. I have medal’d every level, but accomplished little else worthy of note in my life.
