A dangerous killing instrument harnessed on the elbow of criminal masterminds.

An abnormal overgrowth of bony tissue usually on the elbow resulting in a very Kiersten-like appearance.

2. Can also refer to spilled, wasted, unwanted, or discarded product.

Verb:
1. To give, transfer, spill, or otherwise move such product from one place to another.

Does not refer to powders, solids, non-viscus substances, or free flowing liquids like water.

Noun:

The snack bar put a huge splurb of butter on my popcorn.
