A spliker is one who splikes. To splike is to use a word with no meaning out of context. One uses a word with no meaning, automatically making it out of context.

The word splike has no meaning.

Splicers 

These fucked up deformed psychos that are the result of excessive genetic modification.Usually seen wearing 50's masquerade masks.Appear in the game Bioshock.Classified by their method of attack:

Thuggish-use blunt objects to try to bludgeon you to death.

Leadhead-use pistols and machineguns.

Nitro-use various thrown explosives.

Spider-uses hooks to crawl on walls and for melee attacks or thrown.Extremely agile.

Houdini-constantly teleports,leaving behind a bloody mist,then reappears,using fire or ice plasmids.

Splicers are vulnerable to anti-personel rounds.

Spiker 

A "Skunktail"(suppository pill filled with kief) laced with PCP, LSD, Roofalin, and over-the-counter laxatives. Rendering the victim helpless, paranoid, disassociated, and covered in feces. Spikers are used to achieve a drug facilitated sexual assault. Spiker became a household name when several Bathhouse visitors came forward in the mid 90's of being sexually assaulted.

It's also been known as "spiking" and/or "getting spiked".

Guy 1: Did you hear about John?
Guy 2: Yeah, someone gave him a Spiker and at The White Dove. He thought it was a Skunktail. Get this, he lost all his money, his ID, and most of his clothes.
