When a friend or acquaintance continues to complain about a given topic, much more than any rational person would be able to endure. This form of complaining can take the form of word of mouth, emails, texting, instant messenger, VOiP etc.

I checked my cell after it charged and I had 9 txt messages from Mike. He kept spamplaining about the concert last night, what a douche! One txt was nough, maybe 2 MAX. Does that guy ever know how to Spamplain.
