A poor sport, cynical person, braggart, snob, or brat. (Originated from the act of turning up one's nose in distaste, such as a snobbish child when served food that they do not want/like.)

Person 1: "This is so stupid. I quit!"
Person 2: "Oi, no need to be such a soresnout about it."

Swollen testicles or the feeling of having swollen/ painful testicles.

Guy 1: Have you seen Mark?
Guy 2: Last time i saw him he was clutching his groin and moaning about his "sore nuts".

*Fighter gets kicked in the groin in the ring*
Guy watching: Ohh! Sorenuts!

Guy 1: Poor sod! His girlfriend kicked him in the nuts and gave him sorenuts!
