Soo Bahk Do

A martial art created by Hwang Kee of Korea. Its purpose is unification of the body, mind, and spirit. Its practitioners focus not on besting others, but on bettering themselves. Formerly known as "Tang Soo Do," Soo Bahk Do and traditional martial arts like it should be considered artforms and practices; never sport.
