One who only smokes at bars, clubs or social events, generally doesn't purchase one's own cigarettes and must borrow from others.

Regan: This club is meltface! Can I bum a cigarette?
Robert: Whoa I didn't know you smoked.
Regan: Only when I'm hittin the floor! weeee!
Robert: hell no!, I'm no charity for socialights!
