to creep real slow and methodically into someones house or area and watch or abduct them. Also to involve the act of creeping in a slow thought out manner. Usually an older man that finds joy in headless dolls, guns, stuffed animals, secluded areas, and in his van sitting outside your house.

Mike: Hey, what's up with that guy int the windowless van following us?

Billy: I have no idea, but he's slo-creepin'!

Mike: Lets get out of here.

Billy: Yeah, I don't want a smiley face pancake.
