A Slashaholic can not go a day without looking at picture, listening to a riff, or reading an article or story containing the aforementioned Guitar God. There are two branches, Slashaholics Anonymous started by WomanOfTheWorld and The Official Slashaholics started by MzMaihem. There is no bad blood between the two and many people even crossover into both branches.

The dance styles which a salsaholic can be involved in is not restricted to salsa, it extends to other forms of street latin such as; Bachata, Puerto Rican Cha Cha, and Merengue. They also might wish to let loose with Reggaeton and Brazillian Samba. Some other types of dance are become increasingly popular throughout the salsaholic community such as: Zouk and Kizomba.
