Ojibway word mostly used in the Grassy Narrows Ontario Canada area. Many Meanings like "Fuck off" or "Yeah Right" or "get lost" used as a reaction to something amusing, funny or insulting!

"Shkintan" Ever sick we're Cousins! Or
"Shkintan, that's my cousin too!"
"Shkintan Why don't you go home already"

Or if someone hits on you and you want to turn them down just say "Shkintan" and walk away.
