Shady Bag

(Adjective) Vernacular referring to a bag of illicit substances that contains noticeably less "stuff" than was advertised, but not so much less that the purchaser will do anything more than grumble slightly. For bags missing much more of their content, see "fucked over".

"Goddammit this is a fucking shady bag! A quarter ounce that weighs barely 6 grams... WITH the fucking bag?!"

"If that mother fucker sells me one more shady bag I'm gonna take a pair of bolt-cutters to his fucking taint."
