When you recognize someone that you have seen nude at one point in time.

This normally happens on television especially when watching “The Girls Next Door”.

Watching Santa Baby II;
Mike: "I totally Sexognize that blond in this movie."
Boston: "No way dude this is on ABC Family."

I "Sextonized" the story I told to everyone.
