The act of failing miserable at a job, can also be defined as a subset of physical problem brought on by a job i.e. symptoms of a heart attack, inability to speak in full sentences, rambling for hours but not saying anything.

"How do you like your new manager?"

"Man, he's another Schoner. I give it 6 months."

"Where did our manager go?"
"He Schoned out bro."

"Wow. Sorry to hear that."

"Whats wrong with the new guy?"
"I don't know man he looks like he is Schone-ing"
