A person who has been threatened to be called the police on by an older figure.(The scherkel can usually be mistaken with a whigger because of a scherkel’s attitude).

Ever since Tom got called the police on by Mr. Fiddle because of jerking off in his lawn he’s been turning in quite of the bragging scherkel.
