Sapphocracry 

A system of government or other administration where appointments are made and responsibilities assigned to individuals based upon their female gender and that serves the interest of women in general. All other considerations concerning the distribution of power are ultimately subordinated to this basic intention.

Yeah, she's never been able to work anywhere that wasn't a sapphocracry.
