Samantha Davies is the smokin hot chick on NBC Weather Plus. She always delivers the weather with a smile and leaves you wanting more. Samantha graduated from the State University of New York College at Oneonta with a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology in May 2004. Samantha earned her AMS-CBM Seal in March 2007, and is also a member of the National Weather Association. She's smart, and hot!
