Originally: to "Stand There and Look Pretty"

Used in it's most primitive context, to describe members of bands who fake their instument playing skills.

Modernly, stalp is refered to as hardcore sexual activity.
"The boy in that band is so cute. Too bad he STALPs"
"Hey, baby, how about we get out of here and stalp?"
