A child that thinks they're a roadman but is actually a pussy ass bitch.

They are commonly seen in cities and are distinguished by their "designer" clothing and mountain bikes.

Almost all groups of roadlets have at least one member who is constantly wheelie-ing.

There was a group of roadlets wheelie-ing outside of McDonald's last night.
