Rigmeister 

A noun used to describe people who are generally disruptive, unintelligent, and bored with their lives. They frequently insult you or claim to be smarter than they really are. They are arrogant and persistent in everything they choose to do. Simply put, A rigmeister is a more sophisticated term for the word "Asshat". People with this label should be ignored and untrusted, as their brains never really fully developed.

Did you hear about that guy who thought CBD was psychoactive because it relieves anxiety? What a rigmeister!
