A name given to a person whose first name is 'Rheannon'.

The person in question must not only be called 'Rheannon' but beautiful, kind and funny otherwise the term of endearment is not applicable.

'Rhepoo' is derived from the ancient practice of adding the suffix poo to the end of an Xbox live tag.
