Ratticlot

A word of Jamaican origin for somebody who is stupid and unaware of things around them. If you call somebody a ratticlot, you're basically telling them they have no idea what the hell they are doing. The "r" has to be rolled on the tongue for full, Jamaican effect.
Are you kidding me sir? Stop being a ratticlot and get over here you pattirattichoombaclut.
