Pythiism

A theory presenting new insight into the inner world of the neurodivergent psyche, reframing autism as an alternative form of consciousness. It can be distinguished as an oscillation of psychic energy between the unconscious and conscious mind.

Can be used in reference to an autistic individual (Pythian) or the collective group (Pythia), or even to replace the use of the word autism entirely.
"Nowhere is the effect of Pythiism more evident than in its expression of language, filtered as it is through the processes of the unconscious itself."
- Harris, R.L. (2021). Pythiism, p31
