Puhlice

Similar to the Po-Po, the Puhlice enforce strict nonsensical laws, like failure to wear a seatbelt, in order to violate the peoples free will, cause anxiety in society, and also to earn the system revenue.

The difference, however, is that Puhlice is a slang term used to describe enforcers of the Totalitarian Beast System, otherwise known as Babylon or the New World Order.
