Pudgelet

A pudgelet is a turd that is squiggering its way out of the dookie-chute. Not fully matured, the pudgelet is held back by the walls of the anus and sometimes can be identified as a mounted "pudge" from the butthole. This is a common cause of fecal impaction.

Hey, did you jar that pudgelet loose yet, I can see it hunkerin from the back of your pants.
