A program that should have been the best in Neopets. It has become the worst. It also can be called the Account Malfunction Disorder Program.
The Procency used to be the best thing that had ever happened. Now it is the the worst. It has become like a black hole that sucks people in and if they believe in the Procency hard enough it will never ever let go.
