Portuguese House Cleaner 

An act of kidnapping, torture, rape, and sodomy which involves a couple (normally husband and wife) who take their unsuspecting victim and forcibly confine her to a basement or laundry room, where they perform colonic irrigation using an enema which allows them both to digest and cover each other with the fecal matter of the victim.

Andrew: I saw this hot little minx walking alone in the alley behind the house.
Debra: You thinking what I'm thinking?
Andrew: Absolutely. Let's grab her and bring her back to the Estate to give her the ol' Portuguese House Cleaner!
