Noun:

1. An individual who jangs a lot of poon.

2. An asshole; someone who makes plans then never keeps them, moves your things then doesn't tell you, talks a lot but never listens, spends a lot but never shares, finds ways to make your day worse, and brings the atmosphere of a mental hell on earth into your daily life.

3. Someone who sucks copious amounts of dicks.

4. To beat around the bush.

Person 1: Bro! That guy keeps fucking me over. bro!

Person 2: Ya bro, he's such a poonjanger. Always poonjanging around and never giving us a straight answer.

Poonaner Jones 

A term used to describe someone who is constantly making up excuses about why they didn't show up to anything, or someone who just disregards that you exist at all. Also has 30+ unread text messages at all times.

Most common excuse: "My sleeping patterns are messed up."

Take note, they have a tendency to say "I'm down for that" all the time, but really they're not.

2) I dunno, I texted him 2 days ago and he hasn't responded yet.

Noun. An insult used to refer to someone who tries too hard in order to compensate for something lacking (i.e. trying to be cool; i.e. Carson Daly). It is often associated with a decreased mental capacity. One of the most vicious insults that can be bestowed upon a fellow human being.

Carson Daly, Tom Cruise, and Colin Farrell are some of the biggest poondaggers in Hollywood.
