Phone fluffer 

1) A person who is constantly fondling their cell-phone. This includes texting, checking texts, looking at incoming calls, or doing anyone of the number of things you can do with a cell-phone.
2) A person who never has their hands less than one or two feet from their person so they can handle it at any time.
3) A person who's cell-phone appears to be as important to them as their genitals.

1) "She's the worst phone fluffer I've ever seen! Her hands are on that thing all day long!"
2) "There's another phone fluffer. Don't these people have lives?"
3) If I see one more phone fluffer today I'm going to go sniper-tower an their ass, I swear!)
