A person who raised the most millennial of millennial kids yet claims to have the utter most hate for their behavior. A self-loathing creator of all that he hates.

Phil: All you millennials just want everything handed to you.

Craig: Isn't your 26 year old daughter still living at home rent free while you pay her cell phone bill?

Phillennial

When a foreign-born individual "twenty-something" is seemly well adjusted, practice and hard working, after a short period they exhibit behaviors found in the"American Millennial" generation which is as follows: entitled, narcissistic, lazy, sensitive, and demanding praise for showing up.

Yuri was great during the interview process and the first couple of weeks on the job but that quickly faded into a Phillennial facade when we noticed that he needed to be handheld and spoonfed on tasks/projects daily.
