Petralysis

The inability to move as a result of a pet having made a comfortable spot on or against one's body.

Also sometimes colloquially called "pet-lock", from the stoner's term, "couch-lock".

I need to pee so bad right now, but I have petralysis: my cat has been sleeping on my lap for hours.

The inability to move or accomplish anything useful because the cat is lying in you lab purring/sleeping.

Him: Hon, could you grab me a beer from the fridge?
Her: Get it yourself!
Him: I can't. I've got feline paralysis.

Pectoralysis 

Loss of pectoral muscle function and range of motion. Most commonly caused by excessive chest exercises in a workout.

Side effects include: Slowed Upper body movement speed, Soreness, Acute desire to stretch chest area, Chronic probing of chest.

Chronic Pectoralysis leads to: Enhanced Breast size, Rounding of breasts, Increased bench press, Enhanced Peacocking ablility

Exercises known to cause Pectoralysis:
-Bench Press
-Chest Flys
-Incline/Decline Bench Press
-Pec Deck
-Multiple Varriations of Push Ups (medicine ball, One handed, Bosu Walkovers, Etc..)

-I did the P-90X chest/Back workout and I had Pectoralysis for a week!

When you have eaten so much food to a point where you are unable to move any part of your body.

Person 1: Man, you just ate the entire rack of ribs!

Person 2: Yeah man, I think I am going to have food paralysis for a couple days.

When you can't move because your cat is laying on you. Usually you are comfortable with it and don't want to move.
