Ope Attack

When two Midwesterners can't get past each other in a small corridor such as an aisle in the supermarket or a hallway at church.

Person 1: "Ope, can I get past you, man?"
Person 2: "Ope, excuse me"
Person 1: "Ope"
Person 2: "Ope"
Etc...
Ope attack.
