Basically a term used by skateboarders that replaced off the hook, off the chain and that group of sayings. It refers to something being off the hook, but I guess off the nose cause its funny and cause that means nollie, and nollie is dope on a skateboard...
He broke his tail, put it back together, and backside 5-0'd the 14 stair hubba... it was off the nose! (although in this case literally)
