Short for Northern Liberties, a growing urban community in Philadelphia outside Center City. Recently inhabited by yuppies, artists, students, bohemians, and hipsters, the neighborhood has its fair share of bars, boutiques, and (plenty of veg-friendly) restaurants.

Norlis

Norlis is the type of girl that always has something to say, her imagination is endless and that makes her a great artist. She is effortlessly funny and adorable, has huge aspirations and always try her best to achieve them. Her capability to spread love is also unbelievable, she would do her best to not let you feel left out.

It's really hard to find a Norlis in this world, so if you do, be grateful and treat her as the queen she is.

Look at what Norlis made for me in my birthday, she wrote a full page telling me that she loves me.
